Barrier Ultra-R is our premium Vacuum Insulation Panel product line

Ultra-R panels are available encased in fiberglass reinfoced plastic (FRP) or polypropylene.  In the case of FRP, brackets for holding plates or shelves can be glassed to the panel using normal polyester or epoxy resins as with normal fiberglass lay-up.

    Barrier Ultra-R Boxes

Our products are the perfect solution for constructing Vacuum Insulation refrigeration boxes whether for marine, transportation or industrial. 

Our Ultra-R Boxes are formed by joining our FRP enclosed VIPs into boxes with opening formed by our "Ready-toMount" hatches.

The top diagram shows an example of a single door / hatch icebox.

The diagram below shows a dual door / hatch icebox.
