Trimlinetm Plates come in four standard sizes. Custom sizes are also available. To determine which size is required for your installation you'll first need to work out your icebox heat load.Or, if you prefer, contact your local Pacific Sea Breeze authorized dealer or Pacific Sea Breeze sales department directly for a computer heat load analysis.

* The dimensions given are the total space required for the plate and include the expansion valve and tubing connections. All plates are 2.25" thick and have a .5" standoff. Custom sizes are available at an additional charge.
** The "cooling capacity" is the amount of heat that the the plates will remove per hour with a 10o F temperature differential between the eutectic and surrounding air. Trimline plates are not sized by "holdover". When sized to match the heat load, the box air temperature will be 10o F higher than the eutectic solution (+26oF refrigerator, -12oF freezer). To determine the plate(s) needed, take the total box heat load from our Box Heat Load Calculator and divide by 24. Choose a plate or combination of plate with a cooling capacity equal to, or greater than, that number.
